No pressure, no upsell script. Here is the whole process from request to follow-up, so nothing about your first appointment is a surprise.

Five steps, start to finish.

Request a time
Send the form or call the office. I reach out within one business day to confirm, and I will ask what is bothering you so I can plan enough time for your visit.
- 02
Consultation and mapping
We start with your history, medications, and goals. I study your face at rest and in motion, take baseline photos, and mark a plan — including anything I do not think you need.
- 03
Exact pricing, then your decision
You hear the number before a needle comes out. If the plan is more than you want to spend today, we scale it down or stage it across visits.
- 04
Treatment
Most injectable appointments take fifteen to forty-five minutes. I explain each step as I go, and we stop any time you want to talk something through.
- 05
Aftercare and follow-up
You leave with written aftercare and my direct line for questions. Wrinkle relaxer clients come back at two weeks for a complimentary assessment.
Before you come in
How to prepare.
- Skip alcohol, fish oil, and anti-inflammatories for 24 – 48 hours to reduce bruising, unless a physician prescribed them.
- Come with clean skin if you can, or plan to remove makeup in the treatment room.
- Bring a list of medications, supplements, and any prior injectable or laser treatments with approximate dates.
- Hydrate well — altitude here works against you, and hydrated tissue behaves better.
- Avoid tanning and heavy sun exposure before laser or peels.
- Tell me about any upcoming events so we can time swelling and peeling around them.

- Confirmation & reminders
- Appointments are confirmed by text and email once I have reviewed your request.
- Cancellations
- Please give 24 hours' notice so someone on the waitlist can take the slot.
- Late arrivals
- Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean shortening or rescheduling, since visits are spaced to stay on time.
- Payment
- Card and major digital wallets. No prepay packages and no membership contracts.
